The Climax Academy Dumne (CAD) founded in 2012 by Mr. Manliura Wilfred (Funder) and Mrs. Zainab Bwaden (Co-Funder) to addressed the challenges Faced in Yungur land which has suffered in various ways. One of the reasons for this is the poor and limited education of her citizenry. A quick look at the present educational status of the land however, although better than the past, is at the constant speed instead of accelerating. Hence, our educational position is not equal to the required education for the development of the land. The students in the secondary schools do not graduate with grades that would be admitted into higher institutions. Even those that have the privilege to be in the higher institutions, suffer many academic challenges because of their poor educational background..
Due to the above challenges militating against the educational standard of the Yungur land, Climax academy Dumne (CAD), was established in order to contribute her quota in curtailing and indeed reversed this ugly train, located in Ngullum ward Dumne, Song Local Government area of Adamawa state Nigeria.

To be the best leading school that impart knowledge and produce graduates who will favorably compete with their counter parts everywhere in the world, becoming self employed rather than job seekers, and hence to be instrumental to their immediate society..
Mission
To provide quality education and sound moral values to huge children using the modern pedagogy under the guidance of professional team of committed, hard working, and friendly teachers.
Aim & Objective
In addition to the aims and objectives of the Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Education, the academy has the followings as its aims and objectives: i. To effect a smooth transmission from home to school through a happy and stimulating atmosphere thereby creating first and vital step in socialization. ii. To coach children to their societal integration. iii. To create conducive environment in which learning takes place through play- way method. iv. To provide the bases for a sound physical, mental, and social growth of the individual child according to his/her needs. v. To motivate the spirit of independence, initiatives, and creative thinking, that will lay the bases for number and language concept. vi. To contribute to the national development through providing employment for the teaming graduates vii. To provide a platform that will take a child to the climax of his ambition. viii. To motivate value re-orientation, entrepreneurial skills acquisition, and information technology (I T) skills in the pupils/students. ix. In addition, the school hopes to inculcate in the children, the love of their environment, parents, neighbors, local, state government, country, Africa and world at large, their culture, stimulate the spirit of patriotism and the love of God and His creatures and neighborly concern.

The school currently run Play class, nursery, primary, and secondary sections with over 500 student in all sections with well-equipped facilities suitable for effective teaching and learning. In this computer age, I C T is given a priority to all our students/pupils and staff, both theoretically and practically, using our I C T centre.
